A high-tech Alexandria chiropractic technique used at King Street Back and Neck Care is Chiropractic BioPhysics®, or CBP, for short. This treatment technique utilizes a systematic, scientific approach to relieving patients with spinal conditions. It has proven to be successful in practice, with much more stabilized results.

There has been much research contributing to the success of CBP; a number of chiropractic practitioners have boasted this form of therapy. How does CBP work? It’s a combination of various techniques including standard spinal adjustments and postural adjustments, exercises, and traction.
